We charge a flat rate shipping across Canada
At Shop Lunae, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible.
The exact shipping and handling amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during Checkout.
If your shipping address falls under the Canadian Territories, you will be directed to call our Customer Service Number or Store for additional shipping fees and delivery times. All orders to Canadian Territories will ship via Purolator or Fedex.
We accept a variety of payments including PayPal, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, NOVUS (Discover Network), and Lunae Gift/Shop Cards.
For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers, we only accept returns products in their original package with unopened condition.
A valid proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit or refund for eligible items, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:
